What stood out most was the way Shruti approached product problems with a rare combination of curiosity, depth and sharpness. She would question the premise, look at problems from multiple angles, and often arrive at solutions that weren’t immediately obvious. What I particularly admired was her ability to pair this conceptual thinking with an almost instinctive attention to detail.
